Right of Return

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted for unused items in perfect condition.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the goods must:
• be unused,
• be returned in full,
• and, if possible, be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are arranged by the customer and at the customer’s own expense.
Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transport.

Refund

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Items showing signs of use, items that are damaged, or items that are not returned in full may be excluded from return or may only be partially refunded.
