We deliver our products exclusively within Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per order and are shown during the checkout process.

Shipping is carried out as follows: parcel delivery (DPD) at a flat rate of CHF 15.00 (excl. VAT)

By prior arrangement, the goods can be collected from our premises free of charge.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is generally approximately 1 week, but depends on the respective product and its availability.
As soon as we receive your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
If there are any delays, we will inform you as early as possible.

Inspection of Goods

Upon receipt, the goods must be checked immediately for completeness and any possible transport damage.
Any damage identified must be reported without delay to the transport service provider and to WASAG brush systems AG.
